1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using WebGageLabs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, WebGageLabs and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Platform. You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Platform and completing your courses.

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• Publishing any Platform material in any other media.
• Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Platform material.
• Publicly performing and/or showing any Platform material.
• Using this Platform in any way that is or may be damaging to this Platform.

3. Purchases and Refunds

If you wish to purchase any course made available through the Platform, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and typically only within 7 days of the original purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 10% of the course content.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WebGageLabs, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Platform.
